These terms cover your use of this website. They apply to Tel Aviv Yafo, 126 River St, Ballina NSW 2478 — together with Tel Aviv Yafo Express (45 Woodburn St, Evans Head NSW) and Sasha’s Fine Food catering.

Menus and prices

We keep the menus on this site as current as we can, but dishes and prices change, and items sell out. The menu in the venue is the one that applies on the day.

A 15% surcharge applies on Sundays and public holidays. We do not split bills at the counter on weekends.

Allergies and dietary requirements

Menu descriptions list the main components of a dish. They are not a full ingredient list, and our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, nuts, sesame, eggs and fish in a shared space, so we cannot guarantee any dish is free of a given allergen.

If you have an allergy or intolerance, please tell our staff before you order. Do not rely on this website alone.

Where the menu marks a gluten-free option, that means we can prepare the dish with gluten-free ingredients on request — not that the kitchen is a gluten-free environment.

Enquiries and bookings

Sending an enquiry through this site does not create a booking or a confirmed catering order. Nothing is confirmed until we reply and agree the details with you.

For catering we ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Larger events usually need more, and we will tell you what is workable when we reply.

Using this website

You are welcome to browse, print or share our pages. Please do not copy our photographs or written content for commercial use without asking us first.

The photography, menu descriptions, logos and brand names on this site belong to us or are used with permission.

Links to other sites

This site links to Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Accuracy and availability

We put care into keeping opening hours, addresses and menus correct, but we cannot promise the site is free of errors or always available. Opening hours change around public holidays — if you are travelling to us specially, it is worth a call first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
